It houses a variety of facilities such as residential apartments, corporate offices, hotels, an observation deck, and a fitness center, earning it the title of a “Vertical city.”

This colossal building also harbours some impressive records such as the highest number of stories, the highest occupied floor, and the world’s highest restaurant and nightclub.
